Property MgMt & More offers comprehensive Vacation Home Care. Whether you are a Snowbird or a summer traveler, if you are leaving town let us tend to your property. We offer complete home care. If you can’t be there, we can be! We arrange for maintenance and repair if needed. We make sure scheduled maintenance is performed.
All property tending and services are tailored to individual requirements and requests.
Vacation Home care services can include: house visits, feeding indoor pets, watering plants, putting trash cans in and out, and other necessary tasks.
Arrangements can be made for deliveries or supervising scheduled maintenance and repairs.
We will take care of your property while you’re not there!
Basic services include:
- We ensure exterior entryways are secure.
- We check interior/exterior lights and timers.
- We check for rodent or pest infiltration.
- We check for plumbing leaks.
- We check for snow and ice build up.
- We check for damage after storms.
- We pick up flyers, phone books, or notices left on porch or in driveway.
We are available for home specific requests.
Regular reports will be made to owner by way of email, phone, or other means requested.
Fees are based on floor plans and square footage. Costs vary also depending on home location and specific individual needs.
